Introduction:MubarakRishte Matrimonial Consultants is an online
matrimonial platform (www.mubarakrishte.com) designed
to help members conveniently view profiles. Unlike other
portals, members cannot search or view profiles/photos
directly; this task is managed by MubarakRishte team for
better privacy and guided matchmaking.
Authorization to Operate:Upon Registration, the member authorizes MubarakRishte
Matrimonial Consultants to search, communicate, and
share proposals via online portal or Application until the
validity period expires. Members are deemed to have no
objection to this process.
Registration & Payment:1. The registration fee allows participation in the
database and eligibility to receive suitable proposals.2. Members acknowledge that matchmaking is a
complex process dependent on mutual family
consent.3. While MubarakRishte assures its best efforts, it does
not guarantee an alliance.4. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Notifications & Communication:Members consent to receive notifications via SMS,Pop-
ups and telephone calls, even if their numbers are on
DND service.
Member Conduct:Members are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication during alliance discussions. Any misbehavior may result in termination of membership without refund.
Cooperation & Matchmaking Process:Successful matchmaking requires member cooperation and timely communication. Minor compromises are advisable while selecting suitable matches.
Service Validity:The service validity period begins from the date of registration. The fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Verification Policy:MubarakRishte does not conduct independent verification of member details or backgrounds. Members are responsible for personally verifying all information before finalizing a proposal.
Information Accuracy:All information provided is as shared by members. MubarakRishte shall not be held liable for inaccuracies or misrepresentation.
Login Credentials:Paid members will receive login details via SMS /What’sApp/self - Generate to access their personal dashboard on www.mubarakrishte.com. Failure to log in or respond within 15 days may result in temporary profile inactivation.
Dashboard Functionality:Members can view forwarded proposals, respond with “Accept” or “Decline,” and track their matchmaking progress. The dashboard is user-friendly and managed by a dedicated Relationship Manager.
Proposal Selection:Proposals are shared based on members’ preferences and mutual compatibility. Accepted proposals move forward in the process.
Expressed Interest:When a member accepts a proposal, it is marked as Expressed Interest. If declined, the other family is notified.
Both-Side Acceptance:When both families accept, the case progresses to a formal meeting stage for further discussion and consent.
Meetings:Meetings are arranged by the Relationship Manager with the consent of both parties, either in person or via video call. Only the concerned families are permitted to communicate directly.
Confidentiality:Member data and profiles are confidential. Members must not share or disclose information of others without consent.
Matchmaking Ethics:MubarakRishte operates under Islamic principles and does not engage in negotiations or dowry discussions. All alliances are handled respectfully and within the bounds of Shariah.
Alliance Confirmation:Once an alliance is finalized, members must inform MubarakRishte immediately for record updates and profile deactivation.
Final Settlements:A final service fee becomes payable upon successful alliance confirmation, regardless of the date of engagement or marriage.
Independent Alliances:If a member finalizes an alliance through another source, they must promptly inform MubarakRishte for profile deletion.
Legal Jurisdiction:Any dispute arising from this agreement will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana,India only.
Member Declaration:By Registering, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of MubarakRishte Matrimonial Consultants and also acknowledge that the information is provided is to their best knowledge and concent.
