The Lead Team is your first point of contact at MubarakRishte. They act as Counselling Managers, creating leads through direct calls, website visits, social or print media, and personal references. Once a member shows interest either by registering online or walk-in, the team begins collecting full profile details to build our database. They follow up through calls and messages to guide members who want to register or visit. The team also explains our packages in detail, and if the member is interested, they help complete the registration process. Their work forms the foundation for a streamlined and personalized experience across all departments.

The Admin Team takes over once a member has completed their registration process through the Lead Team. Then our admin is responsible for converting temporary profiles to Active profile in our portal by updating all the relevant information and assigning a dedicated day and Relationship Manager (RM) to each profile. They handle key business functions using our proprietary tools, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.The Admin Team also manages our full database ensuring all details are correct, organized, and up to date. If a member or their RM wants to make changes to their profile, the request goes to the Admin Team for approval. Only after their approval can any changes be made. The Admin team ensure efficient service across departments.

Once the profile is active the Relationship Managers are solely responsible for providing services to the members on their dedicated day, their work starts from the introduction with members, counselling and delivering services until the alliance are matched. RM’s are the heart of our service, they build strong relationships with Members, understand their partner preferences, and ensure each requirement is taken seriously. Their role is to mediate, support, and help both families reach a place of mutual understanding.

A team of experienced professionals i.e. Profile managers is specially appointed to closely coordinate with the Relationship Managers department, they work closely with the RMs to screen and match profiles. They manage the Express Interest requests and coordinate family meetings. Their role bridges communication across departments and ensures a disciplined, timely matchmaking process, ensuring that the entire RM team functions with strong discipline and smooth collaboration. They are Responsible for managing critical, multi-disciplinary profiles to solve complex problems and find a path to support.

Our Customer Support Team is committed to addressing all concerns with empathy and efficiency.
