Service Overview

MubarakRishte offers personalized matchmaking services through dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs).

Profiles are curated and shared based on member preferences; direct browsing of other profiles by members is not permitted.

Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to receive communications via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or via app , related to our services, even if your number is registered on DND lists.

Membership Plans & Fees

Various membership plans are available, each with specific features and validity periods.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A settlement fee is applicable upon successful match confirmation.

User Conduct

Members are expected to interact respectfully with RMs and other members.

Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of membership without refund.

Profile Management

Members can request to pause, hide, or delete their profiles at any time by contacting their assigned RM. Upon successful match confirmation or personal decision, members should inform us to update their profile status accordingly.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information is handled with strict confidentiality.

We do not share member details with third parties without explicit consent.

While we strive to verify member information, MubarakRishte is not liable for any inaccuracies.

Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any alliance.

Dowry Policy

MubarakRishte strictly opposes the practice of dowry and does not facilitate any related discussions or negotiations.

External Matches

If a member finds a match outside of MubarakRishte, they are requested to inform us promptly to update our records and cease further matchmaking efforts.

Limitation of Liability

MubarakRishte is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profiles shared.

Modifications to Terms

MubarakRishte reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
