Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

All membership fees paid for Mubarak Rishte Matrimonial Consultants are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated below. Services/validity periods are activated based on the registration plan selected by the member.

2. No Refund Scenarios

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.
• Inactive accounts or unused services.
• Profile deletion or suspension due to policy violations.
• Failure to find a suitable match.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following scenario:

Technical Errors: Duplicate/multiple payments caused by system errors will be refunded (net of Razorpay/payment gateway charges) within 7–10 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to payments or services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Members agree to resolve issues amicably by contacting us before initiating bank chargebacks or legal action.

We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks without contacting us, as this may lead to permanent account suspension.
